Pain, lower back: Were you involved in a MVA?, any position makes the pain worse? can you sleep without having pain? You need to provide more information. Did you had an MRI of the spine? for how long the pain has been present.I suggest To do an inflammatory panel. You should be on Gabapentin, Celexa, (citalopram) Doxepin. The first 2 for fibromyalgia, the last for sleep. Go to see a Dr. for advise and labs,
