A : A lump under your arm pit definitely warrants investigation. It could be something as simple as a cyst (fluid filled lesion), swollen lymph node, abscess(infection) or a lipoma (fat filled lesion). More concerning would be a tumor that could possibly be malignant (cancerous). The bottom line is to have an examination by a medical professional. Best of luck.
