Hi i noticed i have a sore spot in my upper left arm kind of near the muscle. when i push on it it feels like a bump is under the skin or its swollen there. is this likely to be cancer? its painful to the touch. no visable lump?

Cancer is unlikely but it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may watch and wait. If the sore area more than doubles in size, you get fever, lose weight or other sore areas appear, see a doctor. Wish you good health!
