Eustachian Tube: The part of the Eustachian tube that you can treat is the part in the nose. For short term relief, you can try a nasal decongestant spray, like oxymetazoline or sudafed. Longer term treatment may also be warranted, with medicines like nasal steroids. Rarely, oral steroids are used. Among the best treatment is to pinch your nose and blow to frequently pop your ears. If you need more, see your ENT
