Obesity: No quick answers! Sweat sweat sweat. Bust your butt in the gym, do a combination of weight lifting and cardio. Doing elliptical or running all day will not promote weight loss. The most important is portion control, stop eating sweets, and that should get you going in the right direction. If overwhelmed obtain a trainer at LA fitness or another gym, to show you the ropes, proper lifting technique.

Diet and exercise.: You did not mention your height. So it is difficult to calculate your ideal weight. However I assume that you are of lndian origin by your name. You then are overweight. The best way to lose weight is diet and exercise. Cut down your caloric intake by cutting down fatty foods and meats. Eat more of vegetables, salads, and fruits. Exercise regularly including weight lifting.
