Dopamine, OCD Sympto: I feel your distress about OCD symptoms. A 2004 study in the "American Journal of Psychiatry" indicates a positive correlation between increased dopamine activity and people with OCD. The University of Utah notes that OCD is linked to increased levels of dopamine There is no conclusive research that dopamine increases OCD symptoms. See Psychiatrist for Diagnosis and treatment.
