Could Phenobarbital be used as a treatment for the combination of severe RLS (whole body, with daytime spasms) and Dysthymia. I can't use SSRIs or TriCyclics, cause then the RLS goes bezerk. Phenobarbitol raises both Dopamine and Serotonine levels.
