Antiphysicotics raise prolactin & alter dopamine in women, how else do they affect a womans body negatively that dr.'s don't tell?

Antipsychotic: Can increase weight , causes eps , td , can elevate cholesterol , triglyceride and blood sugar level also. But can does not mean it well and if indicated still it is good medication for bad and psychosis.
