Currently taking 10mg buspar (buspirone) twice daily along with paxil 10 mg. is it safe to add 10 mg of adderall to that? concerned about seratonin syndrome.

Serotonin Syndrome: I understand concern about Serotonin Syndrome which is a rare but fatal disease, symptoms can be., hallucination, , seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, coma and death. Using Buspar (buspirone) with Paxil can increase risk of Serotonin Syndrome. Using Paxil with adderall can increase risk of Serotonin Syndrome. Caution: You're right be concerned with this med combination. Buspar (buspirone) with Paxil increases risk of serotonin syndrome. Adderall with Paxil increases risk of Adderall side effects and serotonin syndrome. Please review these medications with prescribing doctor.
