Anti-inflammatory: Dancing can increase the stress on that healed fracture, causing it to become sprained and inflamed. Over the counter anti-inflammatories such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen (if you don't have any allergies or bad reactions to these medications) may help. You may want to see your physician for an exam and possibly X-rays.

Not a good Sign.: Pain in any area, let alone a previous fracture site, is something you need to take serious. The pain often is a precursor to something more serious about to happen. Take it as a warning to reassess your foot mechanics involved in your dance. Taking anti-inflammatories to merely mask the pain, may remove you body's natural protective measure, namely pain, and allow a more serious event to occur.
