Hi, I broke my foot 2 years ago. I've recently taken up dancing again and now where I previously broke it hurts a lot even after 5 mins. What can I do to stop the aching/pain?

Anti-inflammatory: Dancing can increase the stress on that healed fracture, causing it to become sprained and inflamed. Over the counter anti-inflammatories such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen (if you don't have any allergies or bad reactions to these medications) may help. You may want to see your physician for an exam and possibly X-rays.
