Go ahead: If fluid behind her ear drums, and frequent middle ear infections, then ventilation tubes are warranted. As for adenoid removal, that would help some, initially, but if the reason for the chronic inflammation , as allergies, isn't sought and checked, the adenoid will regrow and ? Lead to Eustachian Tube dysfunction again. Tonsils, even if kissing, aren't removed unless severely inflamed/malignant

Standard treatment: This is a relatively standard treatment for recurrent middle ear infections. The general mantra is 5 in 1 yr or one that will not clear over a 3 month period is worthy of tubes.Kissing tonsils just means they are likely part of the problem & removal may help some too.
