Diarrhea: You most likely have diarrhea from taking the antibiotic. Sometimes, taking an antibiotic wipes out the healthy intestinal bacterial that is important for normal digestion and stooling. Since you were on Amoxil (amoxicillin) for longer than the usual 10 days, this has probably happened. You should start taking a probiotic such as Florastor or Culturelle until the diarrhea resolves. Also, inform your doc.
