Metabolism helps to: determine our weight, i.e., what we burn off and what turns into fat or muscle. What we eat is a major factor also. Yes, you can eat a lot and not gain weight. As long as your doc says you are healthy, no need to worry. Peace and good health. Focus on having good health.
