Check hormones: I recommend you have hormone testing done, for overactive thyroid, which can cause excessive weight loss. If that is normal, you may want to avoid caffeine, which is a stimulant. Avoid smoking, for many reasons. I don't recommend gaining or losing weight quickly. The important thing is to put healthy things in your body.
