Not dengue directly: Sudden hair loss includes a condition called Telogen effluvium. It involves a disruption of the normal cycle of hair follicles. Telogen occurs after a severe shock to the body. Dengue fever certainly qualifies as such a shock. The good news is that the hair loss is temporary, and your hair will grow back.
