Could either severe dengue fever and/or antibiotic induced anaphylactic shock trigger a chronic obstruction of hepatobiliary system? thank you.

Biliary obstruction: On a theoretical basis if one had hemorrhagic fever due to dengue virus you could precipitate hemoglobin in the biliary radicals. Cannot imagine how anaphylactic shock would effect this. You need to discuss this at length with the doctors managing your condition.
