NO: These can't be drained - the fluid will just re-accumulate. There's no problem waiting to get it done as long as the lesion is not open and at risk of infection. You may even want to talk to a pediatric dermatologist specializing in vascular lesions. Some of these can be done now by laser and may not even require surgery, but you need to talk that over with a specialist who deals with them a lot
