May not be naproxen: These symptoms may in part be due to the naproxen, especially the GI symptoms but most may be something coming on that you actually took the naproxen for. You can discuss this with your physician.

Naproxen: should always be taken with food due to GI side effects. Fever is not a side effect so you probably have an infection of some type.
