A 59-year-old female asked:
is there a correlation between severe painful cervical degenerative disease and ant disc displacement without reduction/bone spurs and pain in tmj?

Linear Correlation: between Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease and TMJ well documented. The result of changes in the C2-C5 can cause pain in the cervical area and refer pain to the TMJ and facial structures, regardless of the anterior disc displacement.
