Had a blood test yesterday and hole itching but ooze a tiny bit. i continue to cover with a bandaid until totally healed (since the vein was cut) ?

Wait and see.: After a blood test, the hole will heal in a few days. The itching is probably due to the alcohol used to clean your arm first, or may be due to the bandage tape. Usually, when you stop bleeding, you can take the bandage off. But if you are working in a dirty environment, then do leave it covered for a few days (unless the tape is making you itchy).
