Is it safe to have creatine or protein supplements with terbinafine sandoz? I'm presently taking GAT Jet Mass and Maxx's HP protein

Probably safe : I have seen renal failure from inappropriate creatine supplementation. I use creatine myself but on an intermittent basis such as every other day. I think this helps protect the kidneys and I've had no problem. Overall it should be safe if you follow instructions. Realistically the strength gains are modest at best from the supplement. Training and attrition develop muscle. Stay well!

Stay well hydrated with water when taking these supplements. Agree they are hard on the kidneys.
