Probably safe : I have seen renal failure from inappropriate creatine supplementation. I use creatine myself but on an intermittent basis such as every other day. I think this helps protect the kidneys and I've had no problem. Overall it should be safe if you follow instructions. Realistically the strength gains are modest at best from the supplement. Training and attrition develop muscle. Stay well!

Stay well hydrated with water when taking these supplements. Agree they are hard on the kidneys.

No interaction: ok, protein supplements are chemically identical to FOOD. Yes, food is recommended to take while on terbinafine. Personally I don't like to spend much money on food unless it is enjoyable. Creatine has little to recommend it as a supplement. Terinafine doesn't interact with food and food like substances.

Make sure you hydrate with water with using protein and creatine products or they are hard on the kidneys

I believe the research is pretty strong on significant beneficial effects for aggressive exercise with the use of creatine in most individuals. Further it is not just food. I think you would be hard pressed to find a professional athlete who does not use this supplement.
