Don't have steroids: Whey is protein extracted from milk. Creatine is not a protein but part of the energy pathways. Neither have steroids. In large quantities both could be bad for the kidneys and should be avoided in kidney disease. It's hard to tell the quality of these products since they're not regulated. Some might have contaminants like heavy metals. Best to stick with a healthy balanced diet.
