Symptoms: excruciating burning pain, numbness and swelling on bottom of my foot. diagnosed with a dvt in my calf after hip surgery on same leg could the clot move? a new clot?

Pain: DVT would not move down, but swelling can put pressure on nerves and cause "burning".

Not a typical: presentation for a dvt. "Sounds" like plantar fasciitis: see a podiaitrist for evaluation and therapy. Get checked for diabetes. This does not seem consisitent with a new dvt.
