Cymbalta (duloxetine) effects: I understand your desire to switch 60mg of Cymbalta (duloxetine) from evening to morning. It is a good practice to take the medicine at the same time each day as your body has become adjusted to it. It can cause excessive sleepiness or insomnia, is that the reason for switch? It can make depression or anxiety worse. See a Psychiatrist for Diagnosis, Medication benefits and side effects, dose , and Therapy.

If it's been taken: for a while it generally doesn't much matter: it isn't THAT tight of a margin of safety on dosing. It's effects are long term. The three possible ways Take it late and wait 32 hrs between dosing (recommended) are take it early (2x in one day; not my fave) take it twice a day at 1/2 pill for 1 day then switch the next day (a bit too OC).
