I take cymbalta (duloxetine) 60 mg in the morning. i see some people take it at night before bedtime. does it make a difference?

Either one okay: You can take it either in morning or at bedtime. I usually advise my patients to take it in the morning so that it helps them get better sleep at night. Most doctors will suggest am dosing. However, I do not think it makes a big difference since we sometime prescribe it as twice a day. I think it is more of a matter of preference. If the am dose works fine for you, then i say stay with it!
