To move from cymbalta (duloxetine) 60mgx2 nightly to once morning+once night, i took one 60mg at noon today, 12h after prev night's 120mg. feel okay, just worried.

Cymbalta (duloxetine): No worries as long as the daily dose is the same. If you experience other symptoms such as nausea or headache or upset stomach or numbness, inform your prescribing doctor.
