A member asked:

Belly and anus discomfort when i'm belly breathing (like my belly rises) not so much when my chest. am i doing something wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pressure: Belly breathing increases pressure on the abdominal musculature and in the anal area as well. This is a strain type reaction which may account for transient discomfort which I don't believe is serious.
