Good for you: Life is difficult enough without people telling you that there is a "good" and a "bad" way to breathe. It's subscience. You'll inflate your lungs adequately no matter what muscles you choose to use -- take a few deep breaths. If you are interested in physical yoga, get with somebody who's evidence-based. This might be a great way to get into a fitness-focused lifestyle -- without superstition.
