I recommend seeing your MD for evaluation. If your symptoms are more noticeable at rest rather than with exertion, I would ascribe them to anxiety& tension. If there's associated coughing, a respiratory tract disorder is more likely. Upper abdominal discomfort can be from gastritis. Your MD can advise you best after an examination & any appropriate testing.
