Need exam: The symptoms you describe can be caused by many common things, or by rarer, more serious conditions. Regardless, you do need to be seen by a health provider for an exam sooner than later. The combination of breathing problems, night sweats and losing weight (unintentionally?) could range from not well controlled asthma to pneumonia to even cancer.
