Your hormones are: in flux, with both estrogen and progesterone being regulated by your body to get back to normal cycle. Your nutrition may have triggered it, though the change was small. The menstrual flow right now could mean that your body is rebounding from months of amenorrhea, which your body does not like. Go see your family physician to see what they have to suggest.

Yes: There are so many factors that can affect the hormonal balance than controls your menses or lack thereof. Stress, weight loss, exercise etc. Even though you haven't gained weight yet it sounds like you are starting to eat a bit more. I suspect that you are a bit less stressed now that your getting help. Perhaps that is a factor in your period coming on.

Going to have to: start sometime. And, it isnt JUST from the hormonal/metabolic alterations of anorexia that stop periods; it is also from the mental/psychological/stress effects/hormonal that alter them.
