I have a friend who wants to get pregnant but has never had a period. she won't go in and find out why. she's 22. i guess my question is can she get pregnant still if she has the parts. i looked it up and it's called primary amenorrhea. so can she?

How do you know she has all the parts? There are rare individuals who do not have a connection of the vagina to the upper uterus/Fallopian tubes. The uterus is structure where the egg goes to implant and grow. The lack of menses implies that there may be no uterine tissue to support a pregnancy. Until she verifies, she has ALL the parts, not just a vagina, no reasoned answer is possible.
