Can c-diff spread to other parts? i was on flagyl for 10 days and it didn't work. now on vancomycin. i now have testicular pain and lower back pain.

Not usually: It does not appear that your problem is from C diff given the history of testicular and lower back pain. You need to see another doctor if your own can't help you. A urologist would be a good choice to get started.
