How many days for symptoms to improve vancomycin for c.diff? flagyl did not cure. how long wait before try another abx? when should let dr know?

C diff: This has become VERY hard to treat. If no better in 7-10 days then may need to try different treatment. I know it sounds gross but fecal transplants (instilling infusion of stool free of c diff into your colon) have been helpful in tough cases. Hope this helps. Best of luck Dr R
