A member asked:

For how long can be magnesium+vitamin b6(25-40mg/day for b6) administered for chronic fatigue without having neurological side effects?

Listen to your body: Magnesium and b-6 in that dose are safe but your persistent symptoms indicate that you likely have other deficiencies and toxicities. You may be low in testosterone and toxic to cadmium, a ubiquitous pollutant. Check 25-oh vit d3 and take suffcient amounts. Lithium can block a toxic effect of cadmium on the testes restoring testosterone. Sleep 8 hours, eat healthy, move, and manage stress.

100+ years: There is no possibility of neurological side effects from 40 mg a day of b6. Usually one has to take at least 1000 mg /day for a long time, but it has been reported at doses as low as 250 mg/day. 40 mg/day is quite safe.
