Vit B6 : https://lpi.oregonstate.edu/mic/vitamins/vitamin-B6 Usually you need > 1000 mg /day to develop toxicity. Sensory neuropathy develops at doses > 1,000 mg per day. There have been a few cases at doses < 500 mg daily over a period of months. No toxicity was noted at < 200 . To prevent damage the Food Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine set the upper limit for adults at 100 mg
