A member asked:

I am taking 1 vitamin tablet per day, containing b1, b6 and b12 for telogen effluvium. is it harmful as i have ckd?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Listen to your body: Generally water soluble vitamins are safe if not given in excess dose. There is no evidence that vitamins help telogen effluveum. Take steps to improve your over-all health and especially your kidneys. See the book coping with kidney disease by mackensie walser.
