Dog bite to thumb 4 months ago. x-rays fine, rom fine, but i still have pain/inflammation in thumb. what should i do next? cortisone shot? ot?

Get it: checked again. You may have an infection if it still looks inflammed. X-rays will not show cellulitis unless it is very severe or there are complications.
