It sounds kind of: amazing that you are 51 years old and don't know if you are allergic to strawberries or not? Is there be some reason why you have avoided them all these years? Perhaps you were told you had an allergic reaction as a child? If so, the fact that you tolerated them in yogurt is reassuring. I would eat 1/2 a strawberry; wait a day or so. Then, if ok, eat 5 or 6; wait another day. If good, go for it
