Many: Talk with a nutritionist for specific ideas. But some that come to mind include vegetables (leafy greens, broccoli, legumes except soy beans, root veggies, etc); proteins; whole grains, etc.

All other foods!: It seems unlikely to me you are allergic to all fruits. What reaction do they cause? If those are your only allergies, you can eat all vegetables, beans (other than soy), all grains, eggs, beef, chicken, fish & other meats & all seeds except sunflower seeds, so you still have many choices.Food allergies are usually caused by parasites and/or intestinal yeast.See a holistic doc to address the cause.

? Truly Allergic: Many patients claim to be allergic to foods but on allergy testing are negative. Furthermore positive reactions don't in themselves mean one is allergic but that one has allergic antibodies to foods. Many patients with reactions on testing to peanut have developed tolerance to foods. You need to see an allergist, get tested and possibly have an elimination and food challenges done.
