Not advised: Many patients who are allergic to one food are allergic to other foods as well, including those in the same category such as berries. I would advise not handling or ingesting the skittles. Please make sure that you have an Epi Pen at home and with you, with instructions for use.

Ok but: only after you are certain that the skittles do not contain any strawberry in them. There is no known cross-sensitivity among berries.
