Possibly: IBS symptoms in young girl "1 week" not diagnostic: viral infection causes usually resolve. If fever, rectal blood, or constant abdominal pain seek urgent care. IBS oft associated w. Hypermobility Syndrome, HS, which is common & usually inherited in female family line. Sacroiliac joint laxity of HS increases at time of menses; impinging presacral plexus; causing intestine dysautonomia/dysfunction.
