Allergic.: You are allergic to some ingredient in the Dermacool, it may even be one of the "inactive" ones. Stop it and take benadryl (diphenhydramine) now. If your lips get more swollen or if you you have trouble swallowing, swelling tongue, throat closing sensation, or chest pain, go to the ER now or call 911.
