I got some lidocaine shots done. they put them in my scalp. i noticed one of the sites has a white head looking thing with some redness around. this was done 6 days ago. how should i clean it ? does it sound infected ?

There could be infection in view of the redness. Hot ( not too hot) water compresses for 10-15 minutes a few times a day helps bring any pus to a head. Apply rubbing alcohol to the surrounding area to kill staph bacteria. See an MD if increasing redness or pain develop. You could apply antibacterial ointment to the pimple.
