Wha,YouWantNanoView?: It's pretty darned good. And it almost always gives a clue if something more definitive is necessary, which isn't very often. There's a lot of info transmitted in those crazy-looking shadows. Plus, they can check the flow in the arteries and veins. All at relatively low expense and no radiation exposure. So, no, not "every detail" of the scrotum, but that's really not necessary most of the time.
