M 22male i got epididymis in left scrotum and ultrasound test shows that its a minor epididymus thickning.any advice.m taking moxifloxacin400, flamzox?

Epididymitis: Complete your antibiotic. Scrotal elevation. Consider using a sitz bath (to include your genitals) 1-2 x's/day. F/u with your md if symptoms are not improving at least by the time that you've completed your antibiotics - remember, it takes longer for the inflammation to resolve than it takes the antibiotic to kill the infection (bacteria).
