I had a very bad pelvic pain, did blookwork for pregnancy negative. did ultrasound and vagainal one, i never bleeded before but it did yesterday, why?

Unclear: I assume you are saying that you have never bled after a vaginal US and you did yesterday. You had pain. It could have been that you were about to bleed anyway or you could have a cervicitis and the probe irritated the cervix. The explanation depends on the type and amount of bleeding. Be sure to tell your doctor so you can get the vaginal vault / cervix looked at.
