Vaginal pH: The natural vaginal ph is acidic and so it is expected for its normal secretions to be sour. However, copious yellow discharge is likely abnormal but i don't know how to counsel you unless i know exactly what you'd been tested for. Gonorrhea, chlamydia, bacterial vaginosis, trichomonas, and yeast are all things you should've been tested for; please verify.
