I've been having weakness in lower legs to ankles & forearm to wrist for a week. any idea what this could be? heart murmur, split s2, taking toprol (metoprolol).

Atrial septal defect: ASD is frequently associated with a fixed split S2 (racepinephrine). This would explain the heart murmur which may present as an increased flow murmur across the pulmonic valve and the split S2 (racepinephrine)
