Hello i am taking remeron (mirtazapine) 30mg for anxiety from 16 days, but i start feeling pain in my lower back right and left. is it dangerous? should i stop it?

Not likely the med: This does not sound like any typical side effect of remeron (mirtazapine). The most common effects are sedation and weight gain. I would treat it like any other problem; if it continues or is severe call your doctor.
